 In Best of Show you and your pooch travel to the world's top dog shows in search of those elusive winning ribbons. Those 3rd, 2nd and hopefully 1st place ribbons hold the key to the grand prize, a shopping spree at the Poochie Boutique. But the high stakes world of dog showing and the winner's circle is not all champagne and silver wear, it's tough out there! Are you and your dog ready for the adventure?
Best of Show is a 5 reel, 25 payline slot machine. The object of Best of Show slot game is to obtain a winning symbol combination by spinning the reels. The multiple paylines increase your chances of winning. You can bet from 1-20,40,60,80 and 100 coins. The “COIN VALUE” may also be changed from as low as $0.01 to a maximum of $1.00. Your wager is placed on each line, up to 5 coins per line. To play Dragon's Lair, select the “COIN VALUE” that you wish to wager on each spin: $0.01, $0.02, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50 or $1.00. Next choose the number of coins that you wish to wager on your spin. Click on the “BET ONE” button until you have reached the desired amount or click on the “BET 25” to bet on all 25 pay lines or click “BET MAX” to wager the maximum number of coins and the reels will begin to spin automatically. Clicking “BET MAX” will place a wager 5 times your selected coin value on all 25 pay lines (wager = coin value X 125).
To play Best of Show, the first step is to choose your show dog from one of the 12 show dogs. The dog that you have chosen will feature in many places during the game, and is always visible in the top left hand of all the game screens.
Scatter Fun - If your Show Dog appears anywhere in the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels at the same time during the game, your Show Dog will instantly qualify for the next round.Pick a winner - Here your skills as a Dog Show judge will be tested. 5 pairs of dogs will compete against each other and you must choose which of the dogs should win. Hit the bonus scatter combination during the London, Tokyo or New York shows to qualify for this bonus round.Top Dog - Here the Best of Show judge will decide how your dog will place. Guess which ribbon he will award your show dog by clicking on one of the three ribbon shapes. The ribbons your show dog has won are displayed in the top right hand corner of the game screen.
Qualifying for the final round - You can qualify for the final round by collecting a ribbon from each show location. As soon as you win the third ribbon, you will go right to the Poochie.
Poochie Store bonus game - Once you have won 3 ribbons, regardless of the placing, you will go to the Poochie Store. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd bonus ribbons you have won are all worth free spins at the Poochie store. |
